Where the scope ends

When Standard is enough, and when it becomes Custom.

What counts as one process?
One flow of work from start to finish — for example: an enquiry arrives, it is sorted, a reply is prepared for approval, the details are recorded and the follow-ups are scheduled.
What stays within Standard?
Adjustments to that process: a new reply template, a changed field, an extra follow-up step, a different approver. These are part of the monthly care.
When does it become Custom?
When a second process is added (say, reporting alongside enquiries), when more teams or locations are involved, or when a system has to be connected that needs custom development.
Will there be surprise costs?
No. Anything outside the scope is quoted before it is built, and nothing is sold as “unlimited”. You decide first; we build second.
  • Prices apply to companies in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. For other markets we quote individually.
  • The final price is confirmed in writing after the first conversation, before any work starts.
  • We take on a small number of projects at a time, so each one gets our full attention.
