Security

Your data, your accounts, your decisions.

Automation touches real business data. These are the rules every workflow we put live is built and checked against.

01Access

Official sign-in, never passwords
Systems are connected through their official authorisation. We never ask for or store your passwords.
Only what the process needs
Access is limited to the systems and data a step actually uses — nothing broader.
Revocable at any time
You can withdraw access yourself, in your own accounts, whenever you choose.

02Data

Your accounts, your data
Everything runs in accounts that belong to you. Your data stays yours.
Personal details masked
Names, phone numbers and addresses are replaced with placeholders before text is analysed.
Status, not content
Our logs record what happened to a case, not what the message said.
Each client separate
Every client has their own workflows, connections and records, never shared with another.

03Control

Human approval
Nothing is sent to your customers without the approval step your team chooses.
Fallback on every error
If a step fails, the case goes to a person with all its details. An enquiry is never silently lost.

What we do not claim

We describe only what is actually in place. We hold no security certifications today, and we will not suggest otherwise. If that changes, it will say so here — with the details.

One process is enough to start.

Tell us which work repeats in your team. We will tell you honestly whether automation is worth it.

Let’s talk about one process.

Describe what repeats in your team. You will hear back from a person, not an automated sequence.

What happens next

  1. A short call about how the process runs today.
  2. We tell you honestly whether automation makes sense.
  3. If it does, you get a written scope and price.
