Who is responsible

The controller of personal data processed in connection with this website is Andrej Novotný, operating under the name SpearNex. You can reach us at spearnexteam@gmail.com.

Cookies

This website does not store cookies or similar technologies (such as local storage) on your device. It uses no analytics, tracking, advertising or social media plugins. The contact form sends only what you type into it and sets no cookies. That is why the website does not ask for cookie consent.

Fonts and images are served from our own hosting; your browser does not connect to third-party font or image services.

If this ever changes, we will ask for your consent beforehand and update this page.

Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you open a page, Vercel processes technical data such as your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and browser information, as necessary to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

When you write to us

If you contact us by email, we process your email address, your name and the content of your message in order to reply and to discuss a possible collaboration.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Our mailbox is provided by Google (Gmail), which processes the messages as our service provider. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

We keep correspondence only as long as it is needed. If no collaboration follows, we delete it no later than 12 months after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

When you use the contact form

The form sends your name, company, email address, optional phone number, your message and any areas you selected. We store them in our internal client system, whose database is located in the EU (Frankfurt, Neon), and we are notified by email through Resend, Inc. (USA), which is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

To prevent spam, we also store an irreversible fingerprint of your IP address — never the address itself — and limit the number of messages per hour.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and protecting the form against abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention is the same as for email correspondence.

When you book a call

If you book a call through our calendar link, you use a booking page provided by Google. Google processes your name, email address and the time you choose, and we receive them so that we can hold the call. Google’s own privacy policy and cookie rules apply on that page.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 15–21 GDPR). To exercise any of these rights, write to spearnexteam@gmail.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Slovakia, the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR), Galvaniho 7/B, 821 04 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk — or with the authority in the country where you live or work.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling. Providing your data is voluntary; without an email address, however, we cannot reply to you.

We update this page whenever the way we process data changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
