How we work
Measured before. Measured after. Nothing in between is guesswork.
A project follows the same five steps every time, and it is judged by the same numbers at the start and at the end.
Five steps, in this order
From the first conversation to a process that runs on its own.
- 01
Understand
A conversation about how your team works today.
We listen to the people who do the work, not only to the people who manage it. The goal is to find the one process that costs the most time.
- 02
Map
One process, documented step by step, with measurements.
Where information comes from, who touches it, how long each step takes. You get the map and the numbers — they are yours whatever you decide.
- 03
Automate
The agreed parts built and tested on real cases.
We build inside the systems you already use. Nothing goes live until it has handled real cases correctly, with a person approving every outgoing message.
- 04
Measure
The same measurements, taken again.
The numbers from the map are recorded again under the same conditions, so the difference is visible — not estimated.
- 05
Improve
Adjustments based on what the numbers and your team show.
Exceptions, edge cases and feedback from your team shape the next adjustments. Small changes are part of the monthly care.
Time returned
We measure the process before automation. Then we measure it again.
Promises are cheap. So before anything changes, we record how the process runs today — and compare it with how it runs afterwards.
Time spent
Minutes of work per case, before and after.
Manual actions
How many steps still need a person.
Response time
From an enquiry arriving to a reply leaving.
Errors
Cases handled incorrectly or incompletely.
Exceptions
Cases the system hands back to a person, and why.
Automation rate
The share of cases handled without manual work.
Results
We publish results only once they have been measured with a client, and only with their permission. This section will hold real case studies — problem, process, implementation and result — as they are completed.
One process is enough to start.
Tell us which work repeats in your team. We will tell you honestly whether automation is worth it.
